30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Include all original accessories, manuals, and packaging.

  • Not show signs of misuse, crash damage, or modifications.

Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Free Returns

We offer FREE return shipping for eligible returns within the United States and Canada.

  • The reason for the return

  • Photos if the item is damaged or incorrect

Our support team will provide a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

  • Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time before the refund appears on your statement.

Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Photos of the packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible at no additional cost to you.

Exchanges

If you would like a different size, model, or color, please contact us. We will help arrange an exchange whenever possible.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Customized or special-order items

  • Items marked as Final Sale

  • Products damaged due to misuse, accidents, improper assembly, or normal wear and tear

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they are processed for shipment.
